Inside, every area is carefully deep cleaned — including carpets, seats, trims, vents, and hard-to-reach areas — with particular attention paid to stains, odours, and built-up grime. We not only give it a thorough vacuum but ensure we wet extract all carpets. Leather trims are cleaned and conditioned. We finish with protective products to enhance durability and leave your vehicle feeling clean, fresh, and revitalised.

What is the Deep Valet?

Our Deep Valet (Deep Clean) is an intensive, top-tier service designed to return vehicles to a near “like new” condition. It goes far beyond a standard or full valet and is ideal for heavily used, neglected, or high-mileage vehicles.

How is this different from a Full Valet?

The Deep Valet includes full exterior decontamination, clay bar treatment, tar and fallout removal, light paint correction, engine bay detailing, and wet extraction of all carpets and seats. It also includes odour removal, interior sanitisation, and protective treatments not included in a Full Valet.

Will this remove scratches and swirl marks?

A final polish is included to improve paint clarity and reduce old swirl marks and minor scratches. While this significantly enhances the appearance, deep scratches or severe defects may require a dedicated paint correction service.

What does exterior decontamination mean?

Exterior decontamination removes embedded contaminants such as tar, industrial fallout, and bonded dirt that cannot be removed with washing alone. This process leaves the paintwork smooth, clean, and ready for protection.

Is paint protection included?

Yes. A wax coating is applied to protect the paintwork, enhance gloss, and help repel dirt and water. Protection typically lasts 2–3 months, depending on driving conditions and maintenance.

Are wheels and engine bay cleaned?

Yes. Wheels are fully detailed and protected, and the engine bay is carefully cleaned and detailed using safe, appropriate products.

Does the Deep Valet include interior shampooing?

Yes. All carpets and seats are wet extracted to remove deep-seated dirt, stains, and odours. This provides a much deeper clean than vacuuming alone.

Is leather interior safe to deep clean?

Yes. Leather seats and trims are steam cleaned, professionally cleaned, and conditioned to remove grime while maintaining softness and longevity.

Will this remove odours completely?

The Deep Valet includes odour removal and interior sanitisation. While most odours are significantly reduced or eliminated, extremely severe or long-term smells (such as heavy smoke damage) may require specialist treatments.

Is steam cleaning used?

Yes. Steam cleaning is used on interior surfaces, vents, buttons, seams, and hard-to-reach areas to safely lift dirt, kill bacteria, and sanitise the interior.

How long does a Deep Valet take?

This is a time-intensive service and can take most of a day, depending on vehicle size and condition. We will provide an estimated time when booking.

Is this suitable for very dirty or neglected vehicles?

Absolutely. The Deep Valet is ideal for heavily soiled interiors, post-winter clean-ups, family vehicles, and cars that have not been detailed for a long time.

Do I need to remove personal belongings?

Yes. Please remove all personal items prior to your appointment to allow for thorough cleaning. Any valuables found will be placed in a sealed bag or handed to you where possible.
