1. Introduction These policies govern all services provided by White Cliff Detailing. By booking or using our services, the customer agrees to all terms outlined herein.

2. Services Services are provided subject to vehicle condition, size, and accessibility. White Cliff Detailing reserves the right to amend or refuse services at its discretion.

3. Bookings All bookings are subject to confirmation. Accurate vehicle information must be supplied. Failure to disclose vehicle condition may result in additional charges or refusal of service.

4. Pricing Prices are based on average vehicle condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, biohazards, or neglect may incur additional charges, which must be approved prior to commencement.

5. Payments Payment is due immediately upon completion. Failure to pay may result in recovery action and refusal of future services.

6. Cancellations A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the full service value.

7. Liability White Cliff Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile materials, or manufacturer defects. Liability is limited strictly to proven negligence directly caused by our actions.

8. Personal Property Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings. We accept no liability for loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.

9. Weather & Safety Services may be rescheduled due to adverse weather or unsafe conditions. Work will not proceed if conditions pose a safety risk.

10. Complaints Any concerns must be raised immediately upon service completion. Complaints made after vehicle departure may be declined.

11. Promotions Discounts and referral schemes are subject to separate terms and may be amended or withdrawn without notice.

12. Data Protection Customer data is processed solely for business purposes and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

13. Acceptance Booking a service constitutes full acceptance of these policies.
